Carbon fiber prepreg, also known as pre-impregnated fabric, is a key semi-finished composite material. It is manufactured by impregnating carbon fiber fabrics with thermosetting epoxy resin under strictly controlled temperature and pressure.
The resin content of our prepreg is stable and uniform. It eliminates manual resin mixing in the production process, ensuring consistent quality of finished composite parts. After curing, the material has outstanding advantages including high tensile strength, low weight, good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.
We can customize carbon fiber prepreg in various fabric styles, areal weights and widths. It supports two main forming methods: autoclave molding and compression molding.
