After that, we carry out targeted surface oxidation and new compatible sizing treatment, which significantly improves the interfacial bonding force between the recycled carbon fiber and the resin matrix, finally cutting the continuous recycled fiber tow to the exact customized length.

This product retains over 90% of the original mechanical properties of virgin carbon fiber, with single filament diameter 7μm, and customizable cutting lengths from 1mm to 50mm. It can be evenly dispersed in PP, PA, PC, PEEK, PLA and almost all common thermoplastic and partial thermoset resin matrices, effectively improving the tensile strength, bending modulus, thermal deformation temperature and wear resistance of finished parts. It can also form a stable conductive network inside the material, endowing the product with permanent anti-static and electrostatic dissipation performance.

Compared with equivalent virgin carbon fiber chopped strands, our recycled carbon fiber short cuts cut raw material cost by 30% to 50%, reduce production carbon emission by more than 60%, and avoid a large amount of solid waste generated by carbon fiber scrap landfill.
