Carbon fiber prepreg mat is a kind of pre-impregnated composite material, which is made of carbon fiber non-woven mat infiltrated with epoxy resin under strict production control. The resin content is stable and uniform, no extra resin needed during lamination.

Compared with dry carbon fiber mat, prepreg mat brings better product consistency, simple operation and less waste. It has high specific modulus, light weight, corrosion resistance and excellent fatigue performance.
