Our CF-PP thermoplastic sheet is a carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material. Combined with continuous carbon fiber and PP resin matrix, this material perfectly balances high mechanical performance and excellent thermoplastic processability.

It features low density, high specific strength, good impact toughness, resistance to acid and alkali chemicals, low moisture absorption, and outstanding recyclability. Unlike thermoset carbon fiber plates, CF-PP sheets can be reheated, reshaped and thermoformed, which greatly reduces processing difficulty and production cost.

We can customize the thickness, width, length, carbon fiber content and surface finish according to customer requirements. It is widely adopted in new energy battery brackets, automotive interior and exterior structural parts, transportation accessories, robotic components and industrial equipment shells.
