Unidirectional Carbon Fiber UD Fabric, also known as UD non-crimp unidirectional fabric, is a high-performance reinforcing material for advanced composites. Most carbon fiber tows are aligned parallel along the 0° direction, only a small amount of stitching yarn is used to fix the fiber position. There is almost no fiber crimp, so the tensile strength and modulus of carbon fiber can be fully exerted, far better than ordinary woven carbon cloth.

We supply various specifications, including different carbon tow (12K,24K,48K), areal weight (100gsm,200gsm,300gsm etc.) and roll width. The UD fabric can be matched with epoxy, vinyl ester and thermoplastic resin systems, suitable for hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, filament winding and prepreg production.
