RMS-310 Carbon Fiber Coating Agent. Characteristics and Applications
RMS-310 Carbon Fiber Coating Agent is a functional epoxy resin emulsion prepared by a new manufacturing process. It is a specially designed universal coating agent suitable for various low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature curing epoxy resin and phenolic resin systems. This coating agent has excellent comprehensive performance in terms of stability, processability and environmental friendliness. It has excellent wetting properties for wet-spun and dry-spun wet-spun carbon fibers, and the yarn spreading performance is particularly outstanding. It is suitable for preparing various specifications of unidirectional and fabric-type prepregs. The bundled carbon fibers after coating have balanced bundle properties, few broken fibers and hair fibers, and excellent compatibility with various epoxy thermosetting resin matrices. Add this product to deionized water at a temperature of 20 to 40 degrees Celsius, dilute it to the specified solid content (generally 3 to 10%),

The epoxy resin and surfactants contained in this product may cause mild allergic reactions to the human body. During use, wear protective gear such as goggles, gloves, and work clothes.
