High Strength Unidirectional Carbon Fiber UD Tape
Our UD carbon fiber tape adopts continuous carbon fiber arranged in one direction, featuring high tensile strength, low weight, good corrosion resistance. Widely used in structural reinforcement, composite molding. Support customized specification.
Our unidirectional carbon fiber UD tape (carbon non-warp cloth) is made of continuous carbon fiber rovings arranged in a single parallel direction without weaving. It concentrates high tensile strength and high modulus along the fiber orientation, with light weight, excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and low thermal expansion. We supply dry UD tape and epoxy prepreg UD tape. Multiple carbon fiber grades including T700, T800 are optional. Areal weight, width and thickness can be customized according to customer requirements. It is widely applied for building structural reinforcement, aerospace components, new energy pressure vessels, automotive lightweight parts, sports equipment and composite mold winding. Strict quality inspection is carried out before delivery to guarantee stable and consistent performance for your composite projects.
