High Strength Thermosetting Carbon Fiber Laminate Customizable Thickness
This thermosetting carbon fiber plate is made of high-performance carbon fiber fabric impregnated with epoxy resin, cured under high temperature and high pressure, featuring ultra-high strength, low density and excellent corrosion resistance.
Our thermosetting carbon fiber plate is a high-performance continuous fiber reinforced thermoset composite panel, produced by Yangzhou Fusion New Materials located in Hanjiang District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu. It is manufactured with high-quality T300/T700 grade carbon fiber unidirectional prepreg or woven fabric prepreg, adopting autoclave or precision hot press molding process under strictly controlled temperature and pressure environment, with void rate controlled below 0.1%, ensuring extremely uniform resin distribution and ultra-stable overall mechanical performance.
This product features outstanding comprehensive properties: its tensile strength reaches 3000MPa, elastic modulus up to 185GPa, while the density is only 1.5-1.6g/cm³, which is 70% lighter than ordinary steel and 40% lighter than aluminum alloy, but its specific strength is more than 5 times that of traditional steel materials. It also delivers excellent dimensional stability, high surface flatness, outstanding corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and can work stably for a long time in the temperature range of -50°C to 80°C without performance degradation.
We support full customized services for this series of products: you can select plain weave or twill weave structure, glossy or matte surface finish, different fiber laying directions to meet specific load requirements, and custom thickness from 0.5mm to 50mm, arbitrary cutting size. The surface can also be treated with painting, anode treatment or vacuum coating according to your needs, and we can provide multi-color options including black, gray, red, blue and green.
Compared with ordinary carbon fiber products on the market, our thermosetting carbon fiber plate has more excellent interlayer bonding performance, effectively avoids delamination and tearing risks during long-term use, and can be processed with precision operations such as drilling, cutting and CNC milling without burrs or fiber warping. It is widely used in industrial automation equipment structural frames, UAV and aerospace model structural parts, high-end outdoor sports equipment, automotive lightweight components, electronic instrument fixtures, civil engineering reinforcement and many other high-end application scenarios.
The whole production process is implemented under strict quality control system, each batch of products will go through strict performance test including tensile strength, bending strength, dimensional tolerance and surface defect inspection before delivery, to ensure every panel you receive fully meets the design and application requirements.
